Beautifully designed one- and two-bedroom private apartment homes feature all of the amenities of home, but with the extra care and assistance that is needed.

Our Assisted Living program offers four levels of care, provided 24 hours a day. Each can be customized for individual needs, with the right amount of assistance for personal care, administration of medication, bathing, dressing and more, all provided by a staff renowned for their devotion to our residents.

Other luxurious amenities of SWC include the Theatre, Salon and Spa, beautifully landscaped courtyards, fitness center, library, media room and so much more. Located in the traditional neighborhood of The Village of WestClay, residents have abundant opportunities to go outside, walk around or just enjoy the fountains and fresh air.

  • 24 hour / 7 days per week licensed nursing staff
  • 4 levels of care customized to your personal wants and needs
  • All utilities (except telephone) provided, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry and linen service, scheduled and individualized activities and wellness programs, an emergency response system, transportation and much more.
  • Certified Activities Director provides social, educational and spiritual opportunities on and off-site.
